Hi, We are seeking a full time team member to join our customer service and sales team member for a training company, based in Australia. This role is primarily phone based, providing support and guidance to students. We have a team of approximately 45 team members, with 9 full time based overseas (which shows we understand how to build a strong diverse workforce). We like to make sure you understand the role requirements, so please let us go into some detail: Hours and Times - Hours: It would be 38 hours per week (7.5hrs per day) - Times: It would be various shifts, you would need to be available for shifts varying between 7:00am to 6:00pm AEST During Training: You will be required to work on some Saturdays. What the role includes: - Answering inbound and outbound calls (up to 40 per day) - Creating training plans - Booking courses and scheduling trainers - Generating weekly and monthly reports - Troubleshooting student issues - Assist with marketing tasks (social media, creating flyers etc) and reporting What skills and knowledge you must already have: - Have some experience with social media (mandatory) - If you don't come from a marketing background, be open to investing in your own time for developing this skill (we would pay for courses) - Have a very strong English skills, you will be on the phone a lot! (mandatory) - Have strong written English skills (mandatory) Ideal experience but not mandatory: - Ideally, you have worked for an Australian company before or a training company - You have exposure to using Microsoft Teams, Outlook etc - Ideally, you have experience in basic accounting or finance - You have experience using AI or ChatGPT - Familiarity with aXcelerate student management system Pay & Benefits - Base salary plus commission for every course booked (to be discussed in the interview) - Weekly invoices processed - IT equipment provided after probation - Ongoing training and professional development If you meet those initial requirements, please submit a cover letter including the following (to make sure you've actually read the ad): - What is an Australian animal you like
