About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, renovating, and repairing timber structures and fixtures across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine materials, dimensions, and procedures.
• Cut, shape, and assemble timber components for frameworks, roofing, flooring, and external cladding.
• Install doors, windows, flooring, and structural fixtures according to project requirements.
• Erect timber frameworks and roof trusses, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance.
• Construct concrete formwork and other structural components as required.
• Carry out site measurements, material ordering, and layout preparation.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards (SWMS, JSEA).

Requirements
• Certificate III in Carpentry + at least 2 years of relevant work experience in residential or commercial carpentry or Cert IV in the relevant field + 1 year F/T work experience is the relevant field
• Cert III and CERT IV in the relevant field with 1 year F/T work experience would be highly desirable
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Experience in timber framework erection, roofing, flooring, door and window installation, and finishing works.
• Familiarity with Australian Building Codes and Standards (NCC, AS1684, AS4440).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
