Are you an experienced and passionate retail professional ready to take the next step in your career? Esperance Fresh Food IGA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store.

- Permanent and full-time position
- Annual salary of $76,515 to $78,000 per annum plus super

Duties:
- Support the Manager to achieve the store objectives.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the sales staff.
- Ensuring customers receive exceptional service.
- Developing staff schedules, assigning roles, and making sure everyone knows their responsibilities.
- Interviewing, hiring, and guiding new team members through the onboarding process.
- Managing and assisting staff to handle difficult situations.
- Assessing returned merchandise and determining suitable courses of action.
- Keeping track of stock through regular inventory checks.
- Ensuring accurate pricing and proper product display.
- Ensuring availability and visibility of stock.
- Maintaining compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.

Requirements:
- AQF Certificate II or higher in Retail or Management or Leadership or Business or Commerce or Marketing or Human Resource or another related field or one (1) year of relevant full-time work experience in lieu of a qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant full-time or equivalent part time work experience
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable personality with a customer-centric approach and leadership skills.
- Have full rights to work in Australia.
