Role: Full Stack Developer

Location: Bacchus Marsh, VIC

Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer at Microforce, you will:
• Design, develop, and optimise software applications, ensuring they meet technical specifications, system requirements, and client expectations.
• Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code across both front-end and back-end platforms.
• Prepare and update documentation, including technical guidelines, operational procedures, and user instructions to support long-term system usability.
• Analyse system designs, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities for enhancements, integrations, or automation.
• Create, update, and maintain APIs and databases to support application functionality and data flow.
• Contribute to system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver practical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and best practices in software development.
• Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies to enhance existing products and support innovation within the business.
• Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and system upgrades for client applications.
• Work with the wider development team to set coding standards, review peer work, and promote continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience in software or web development.
• Strong proficiency with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET, or Java).

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + superannuation

Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
