- We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to lead the team at Oaks Melbourne on St Kilda Road. Overlooking one of Melbourne’s most iconic boulevards, this property is a favourite for both business and leisure travellers, and we’re seeking a strong leader to ensure every guest has a seamless and memorable stay.
About the role
- Lead, motivate, and train the front office team to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Manage rostering, performance, and team development.
- Drive guest satisfaction and resolve escalated issues with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to achieve operational excellence.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within front office or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Confidence in using property management systems and a strong eye for detail.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
