Customer Service Officer

About the Role

We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front of house Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our guests, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer enjoys a positive experience.

From reception and sales to promoting our programs and assisting with queries, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping us deliver outstanding service every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

• Handle cash and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately

• Assist with membership inquiries, sales, and renewals

• Promote our centre’s services and programs, manage bookings and enrolments

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Ensure professional public relations and communication at all times

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, following safety and security protocols

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, friendly and approachable attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer literacy and confidence using POS systems

• Current First Aid (Workplace Level 2) and CPR Certificates

• Valid Police Check and Working with Children's Check clearance

• Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable, but not essential)
