The role Want to grow your career in HR tech and talent acquisition sales? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a background in HR, recruitment, or HR software sales. You will play a key role in engaging decision-makers in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition, helping them discover solutions to optimize workforce management and hiring processes. This freelance role is ideal for a proactive, sales-driven professional who excels at outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline building within the HR tech space. What you’ll do -Develop and execute multi-channel sales outreach programs targeting HR professionals, recruiters, and talent acquisition teams. -Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage HR leaders and qualify leads. -Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaign strategies. -Build and manage a sales pipeline focused on HR software, workforce solutions, and recruitment technology. -Track sales performance and outreach effectiveness, ensuring targets are met. -Provide insights on HR industry trends and challenges, improving sales engagement. What you’ll bring -5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, HR technology, or business development. -Strong ability to network and engage with HR professionals at mid to senior levels. -Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and qualifying prospects for HR solutions. -Understanding of HR software, talent acquisition platforms, and workforce management tools. -Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools. -Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
