We’re looking for an experienced Food Technologist to help us deliver exceptional
baked goods. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring quality, innovation, and
compliance across our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Implement and maintain a robust quality management system
-Oversee raw material quality control and compliance
- Provide expert guidance on processing, packaging, and delivery standards
-Evaluate food products for flavour, texture, and nutritional value
-Advise on storage, processing, and packaging operations
-Identify and resolve production issues through corrective actions
- Develop and manage HACCP plans

Experience & Skills Required:

-Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Food Technologist, ideally in bakehouse or
pâtisserie production
-Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Food Science
- Proven experience in product development and design
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
