- Job Description: Friendly and dynamic team Work for one of Australia’s leading hospital groups PM/afternoon shift, 25 hours per week About the Role You will be responsible for providing meal and beverage services to all internal and external SVHM customers. This includes plating, cleaning, restocking and some basic meal preparation and production. We are fully functional kitchen operating 365 days of the year, producing approximately 2500 meals daily in accordance to the “cook-chill” methodology for all sites. The department consists of over 85 employees, ranging from cooks/chefs, kitchen hands and food service assistants.
