Job description:
-Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of both taco stalls (mobile and fixed-location).

-Oversee the preparation, presentation, and quality control of food and beverages to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.

-Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and minimal wastage.

-Recruit, train, supervise, and roster staff, ensuring appropriate coverage across both venues.

-Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets, to achieve profitability goals.

-Develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.

-Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and food handling regulations for both mobile and stationary operations.

-Manage logistics, scheduling, and operational requirements specific to the mobile venue, including permits and event coordination.

-Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

-Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications/Attributes:
-Must hold a Relevant Diploma, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification

-Must possess at least a year of relevant work experience.

-Relevant qualifications and/or experience in hospitality, retail, or management.

-Proven ability to manage multi-site operations, including mobile food venues.

-Strong leadership, staff management, and team development skills.

-Sound financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, sales reporting, and cost control.

-Excellent knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.

-Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
