As a key leader in our Food & Beverage operations, you’ll guide and support frontline teams, uphold outstanding service standards, and ensure seamless daily operations while contributing to financial, operational and guest experience success.

Your Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational consistency and team performance.
Hours of Work: Full Time - 76 hours per fortnight
Weekend work is required.
Shifts are 6am to 2pm, 10am to 6pm or 2pm 10pm
Wage: $29.88 per hour
Where you’ll make an impact
• Support the Restaurant Manager and act on their behalf when required
• Coordinate service with kitchen, stewarding and bar teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct ongoing training and development
• Assist in monitoring labour, product costs and wastage to help achieve budgeted results
• Support roster preparation aligned with forecasted occupancy and events
• Oversee cash handling, EFT transactions, float balancing and shift reconciliation
• Maintain dining areas, facilities and back-of-house spaces to health, safety and presentation standards
• Assist with stock requisitions, par levels and venue stocktakes
• Lead daily briefings to communicate service standards, specials and event requirements
• Participate in training programs and contribute to team development
• Assist in organising special events and supporting marketing or promotional initiatives
• Coach, mentor and guide staff, supporting performance reviews and talent development
• Assist in staff recruitment alongside the Restaurant Manager and Recruitment team
Positions will commence in March 2026

To be successful, you will have:
• Natural leadership skills with a focus on training, mentoring and skill development
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities
• Current QLD or Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (Essential)
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
