What you’ll do
You may work in a variety of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional service with a warm welcome. You’ll treat our guests and customers as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude. On a daily basis you will
- Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
- Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.
- Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required.
What you’ll bring
- Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce
- Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experience
- Barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window)
- A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine.
- A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion
- Australian driver’s license
- Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
