We are seeking a skilled architect or designer to create a detailed floor plan for our home extension. The project involves adding an extra bedroom and a home office to accommodate our family of four (2 adults, 2 boys) and our two cats. Your expertise will help us optimise the use of space while ensuring a functional and comfortable layout. Please include your portfolio showcasing similar projects, and any relevant experience in residential design. We are in a BAL FZ location, if you do not have experience with that be forthcoming as materials and design constraints apply. I have the house modelled in blender (accurate within a few centimetres) and can provide the exports if that helps. We are in no immediate rush and with Christmas on the way we can start the planning work in the new year if that suits you.
