Surface & Area Preparation: Grinding, Sanding, Leveling, Cleaning and Repairing
subfloors. This also includes pull-up and removal of existing floorcoverings and
furniture removal.
- Measuring & Cutting: Measuring areas and cutting materials to accurately fit the
space
- Installation: Installation of various floor coverings including commercial vinyl &
coving, carpet tiles, vinyl planks, broadloom carpet, engineered timber, and finishing
trims in both residential and commercial sites
- Tool Operation: Able to safely and correctly use tools involved in successful job
completion
- Floor Materials: Understanding of different flooring materials (training can be
offered)
