You will work on epoxy, polyurethane, and other high-performance flooring systems, ensuring finishes are durable, safe, and visually excellent. You’ll collaborate with our project teams, contributing to asset protection and specialist contracting projects across WA. Task & responsibilities Preparation of surfaces for liquid floor covering and finishing. Use of Concrete Cutting, Diamond Grinding, Surface preparation equipment and remedial repair tools. Measuring, mixing and applying resilient finishing products installing coving trims and termination detailing. Laying/Installing surface coverings such as Epoxy, Polyurethane, Poly cements and other resilient materials over floors, matching surface profiles, detailing and finishing. Securing epoxy coving with arrowhead trim and doorway/finish point termination detailing. Understanding and applying the principles of working with multi part products to achieve ultimate cure and performance characteristics. Not limited to flooring, may also prep, mix and apply products for walls, pits, trenches, drains, roofs, etc. Recording product batch numbers and expiry dates to ensure conformance with relative parties.   Qualification & experience Proven experience in floor finishing, especially using epoxy, polyurethane, or similar high-performance systems. Solid knowledge of substrate preparation methods and materials. Ability to use and maintain tools such as grinders, sanders, polishers, mixing equipment. Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality finishes. Good understanding of safety procedures and ability to work in compliance with WHS standards. Physical fitness and ability to work in varying environments (indoors, outdoors, possibly elevated areas). Reliable, punctual, with good communication skills.
