Our client, MA & SONS Enterprises, is a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive workshop located in the heart of Pakenham, Victoria. Renowned for their expertise in high-performance custom modifications, the company also delivers cutting-edge logistics solutions and corporate fleet management services, proudly driving innovation and excellence.

As a business committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Manager to lead and oversee their expanding fleet operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing and optimising all aspects of the company’s fleet and logistics operations.

The annual salary for this position is $75,000 to $80,000.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the procurement, servicing, and fueling of all transport vehicles and related equipment to ensure optimal operational performance and cost-efficiency.

• Engage with clients to understand their fleet and transport needs, offering expert advice on vehicle selection, hire or purchase options, service obligations, and effectively handling feedback or complaints.

• Manage incoming orders and transport bookings, developing and executing efficient scheduling plans that meet customer timelines and maximise fleet utilisation.

• Oversee the storage and transportation of goods, ensuring they are handled in conditions that preserve their safety, integrity, and compliance with relevant standards.

• Arrange the collection and delivery of vehicles and cargo, coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure timely and secure logistics operations.

• Maintain accurate business records, operational documentation, and performance reports, supporting informed decision-making and operational transparency.

• Supervise logistics operations, including the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of transport vehicles, such as trucks and trains, ensuring streamlined and safe execution.

• Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, promoting a safe work environment and fostering a culture of safety across all transport and workshop activities.

• Monitor fleet tracking systems and telematics to improve route planning, vehicle utilisation, and driver performance.

• Collaborate with workshop teams to schedule vehicle inspections, repairs, and custom modifications in line with operational timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

• Should have at least one (1) year of experience.
