We run Facebook ads that send traffic to HubSpot forms. Our tracking is set up using both the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI). However, Facebook Ads Manager is reporting far more conversions than we actually have in HubSpot (both in tickets and in the HubSpot Ads tab), even though our attribution window is already set to 1 day. When we test events in Events Manager, it appears to work correctly — the event only fires when the form is submitted — but the numbers still differ. We need someone to audit and fix our Meta Pixel + CAPI setup so that Facebook’s reported conversions match the real HubSpot form submissions. The goal is to have accurate, reliable data so we can properly measure ad performance. You’ll get access to our Meta Business Manager (Ads + Events Manager), Google Tag Manager (if needed), and HubSpot to check the form submission tracking. After the fix, we expect Facebook and HubSpot to show the same conversion counts for the same period.
