Fitness Centre Manager
At STRENGTH MECHANIX AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, we are seeking a skilled full-time (at least 38 hours per week) Fitness Centre Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the fitness centre to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Developing and updating training programs, classes, and member services that align with the gym’s philosophy and client needs.
• Coordinating marketing activities, promotions, and community engagement initiatives to grow membership.
• Recruiting, training, supervising, and rostering staff to maintain high service standards.
• Building strong relationships with members, addressing feedback, and ensuring a supportive training environment.
• Monitoring equipment condition, organising repairs, and ensuring the facility meets all safety and hygiene requirements.
• Managing budgets, tracking revenue, and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
• Reviewing performance metrics to improve operations, member satisfaction, and service quality.
• Providing coaching sessions, technique guidance, and fitness assessments when required.
• Planning and running events, workshops, and challenges to enhance member engagement and retention.
Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience
• A can-do attitude and ability of working independently
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions during daily operations.
• Strong ability to assess operational risks, member issues, and safety considerations, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Full Time
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
Location: 2/26 Industry St, Malaga WA 6090
