I have created 95% of a New Customer Form using Jetform (pro) on our WordPress Elementor website. However, when attempting to use it, no actions are working, including: Add New function Digital Signature function Submit function I would like you to fix this. Once fixed and working, I would then like you to provide me with instructions to setup Power Automate so that once a form is submitted, the fields are all mapped to a library in our SharePoint. E.g. JetForm Webhook - Power Automate HTTP Trigger - SharePoint Library JetForm setup: Go to JetForm - Post-Submit Actions - Webhook. Enter the HTTP endpoint from your Power Automate flow. Power Automate setup: Trigger = When HTTP request received. Parse JSON = Map JetForm fields. Action = Create item in SharePoint library (map fields to columns). This way every form submission becomes a record in SharePoint, with attachments saved into the library. I will set the above up per your instructions and communicate with you if working/not working in order to troubleshoot through to completion. I have attached some screenshots of the actions on our form that are not working. I assume it is something simple to do with the setup that I have overlooked. I would like this worked on today so please only submit a proposal if you are available to work straight away.
