We’re looking for a Junior Financial Accountant with 2+ years’ experience (Big 4 or mid‑tier audit ideal) who wants to grow their financial accounting capability in a collaborative, supportive team. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll support core financial controls and month‑end processes. You’ll help deliver accurate reporting and ensure financial activities are completed correctly to support strong business performance. Key Responsibilities Month‑end: journals, bank recs, balance sheet recs, accruals/provisions, cashflow, FX processing Compliance & controls: GST/FBT/PAYE support, audit assistance, IFRS16, fixed asset management, governance reporting Operational support: stocktakes, AU/NZ/UK assistance, general finance support About You You’re early in your accounting career and ready for more responsibility. You’re curious, proactive and committed to quality. You’ll bring: Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce 2+ years’ audit or financial accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles Advanced Excel High attention to detail Clear communication skills and confidence working with non‑finance stakeholders Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (or other ERPs) is a plus Why You’ll Love Working at GWA Group Join us as we continue our journey from Good to Great.
