• As part of this major transformation program, we are looking for a Finance Transformation Partner to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract basis.
• Responsible for supporting the design, build, configuration and delivery of the Financial Close, Group Consolidation & Reporting, Reconciliation and ESG platforms as part of the One Endeavour Program. This role is integral to realising the Finance Transformation agenda and One Endeavour Program outcomes.
• Job Description
• As Finance Transformation Partner, you will be working with the Finance Transformation Manager and the selected Implementation Partner and Technology provider to deliver the business outcomes for a successful implementation of our new Financial Close and Consolidation solution, Financial Reconciliation platform and ESG solution.

This includes

• ➢ Ensuring the design fully delivers business requirements, in particular re-imagining the in-scope processes to deliver automated tasks, workflows and approvals
• ➢ Reducing time to complete month end and key financial processes, and deliver leading processes and business outcome indicators as part of the design
• ➢ Enhancing financial controls and governance from current state to eliminate manual intervention
• ➢ Helping to identify and manage dependencies with the wider One Endeavour Program
• ➢ Contributing to the successful delivery of all project milestones, including build and configuration, data cleansing, data migration, and testing, by ensuring full engagement and alignment with the One Endeavour program, business, and technology teams
• ➢ Working closely with the finance transformation manager to ensure timely execution of project plans
• ➢ Upholding the Endeavour data governance framework by ensuring the data approach is fully aligned
• ➢ Assisting with identifying pre and post-Go Live performance metrics, aligned with business teams
• ➢ Assisting with developing the criteria and approach to measure business readiness
• ➢ Assisting with management of all impacted teams to ensure acceptance and endorsement of the above, ensuring business requirements and outcomes enable the transformation of core finance processes
• ➢ Engaging with large number of stakeholders to enable the transformation of finance processes
• ➢ Reviewing, documenting and summarising large volumes of data to deliver on project requirements
• ➢ Driving adherence to all One Endeavour program frameworks and policies
• ➢ Assisting with developing the approach to embed new ways of working including capabilities
• ➢ Role modelling Endeavour Values and Ways of Working
• Qualifications

Key Experiences

• ➢ 7+ years experience in financial accounting, external reporting and corporate finance teams
• ➢ Proven experience in delivering successful Finance technology programs, with strong user adoption
• ➢ Passionate about automating core processes and unlocking teams from manual activities to drive value
• ➢ Track record of innovative ideas with the ability to execute them
• ➢ Results driven with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; ensures alignment across supporting teams
• ➢ Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving
• ➢ Strong communication skills, able to demonstrate subject matter expertise in financial processes
• ➢ Able to document new processes and capabilities
• ➢ Proven organisational skills with the ability to solve problems in a methodical manner

• Program Delivery: Strong attention to detail and ability to review large amounts of content to deliver on project requirements. This includes managing their own tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Process Optimisation & Transformation: Ability to quickly learn and understand the business landscape and financial operations to deliver new processes using new technology to solve pain points and enable the team to deliver better business outcomes.
• Data Literacy: Knowledge of data migration, testing, cleansing and governance practices. Ability to flag potential data roadblocks.
• Financial Controls and Governance: Expertise in financial controls and governance to ensure the new system and processes are compliant with internal policies, regulatory requirements and audit standards to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data
• Personal Leadership: A genuinely curious and self-driven person who proactively seeks and makes changes based on feedback from others. Adapts their behaviour and style to work effectively with different people and environments. Independent thinker with the ability to work independently as well as in a large team.
