Are you a skilled Finance Officer with a knack for numbers and a passion for making a difference? We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage our weekly accounts payable and payroll in the fast-paced world of disability support.

This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to play a vital role in our mission. You will ensure the financial heart of our organisation is healthy and compliant, directly supporting our ability to provide high-quality services to NDIS participants.

What You'll Do

  • Weekly Payroll: Accurately process weekly pay for our dedicated support workers, ensuring compliance with the SCHADS Award and the Fair Work Act.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage weekly invoice processing and payments to suppliers, keeping our finances running smoothly.
  • NDIS Compliance: Ensure all financial practices align with NDIS pricing and quality standards.
  • Reporting: Assist with financial reporting and general ledger reconciliations.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong focus on accounts payable and payroll.
  • You're an expert with accounting and payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and advanced Excel.
  • You are meticulous, organised, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

The Details

  • Position: Part-time, 2-3 days per week.
  • Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, in-office.
