About the Position:

This role involves overseeing financial transactions, developing strategic financing packages, and collaborating with sales and advisory teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage tailored finance packages, including low-interest loans and flexible payment plans, to meet customer needs.
Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with dealership policies.
Collaborate with financial advisors and sales teams to streamline the car-buying process and enhance customer experience.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, optimise pricing strategies, and improve profitability.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian financial regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff on finance-related queries, fostering a professional and supportive team environment.
Negotiate with lenders to secure competitive finance deals and specials for customers.

Requirements:
