About the role
This individual will play a key role in the development and delivery of high-profile change initiatives taking place across Nucleus. In particular you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of finance projects, bringing experience, knowledge of business change, expertise in Finance, and project management skills, to help us deliver great customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Working closely with our Finance Transformation Director and members of Exco, you will play a crucial role in helping us address a number of enhancement initiatives within Finance and our change environment. You will bring strong corporate experience of Finance and change in financial services organisation, be influential in setting standards within the business, and critically assess and report on progress.
You responsibilities will include:
- Setting up the project monitoring and reporting packs which you will provide to Exco and the Board
- Supporting the CFO and Exco members to address a range of enhancement opportunities, setting high standards and critically assessing the quality and embeddedness of the actions taken
- Performing quality assurance over the actions undertaken, supporting evidence, and work to embed changes, working with second and third lines of defence on their assurance activities in support of overall project deadlines
- Proactively communicate clearly and transparently when issues or concerns arise, proposing solutions to address these
You will provide excellent customer service to deliver good customer outcomes, take responsibility in everything you do, and manage risk and control in an effective manner ensuring compliance with our Code of Conduct at all times.
About you
You will be a qualified accountant with strong corporate knowledge of activities within Finance, be experienced in change management practices, have high standards, be comfortable operating with senior stakeholders in an organisation, be a strong team player, and possess an appetite to support and deliver change.
