As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert financial guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to your assigned divisions.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decision-making to help them achieve their strategic goals.

• Mentor and guide other Finance Business Partners, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.

• Analyse and present complex financial information in a clear and compelling way, helping to drive performance and deliver value-for-money services for our community

What You'll Bring to the Team

You are a people person with a passion for finance. You excel at translating complex numbers into meaningful stories and have considerable experience in a business partnering capacity. Your ability to handle difficult situations with grace and negotiate positive outcomes is second to none.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in a senior role focused on budget preparation, management, and reporting, preferably within a large organisation.

• Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and building strong, collaborative working relationships.

• A genuine commitment to teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.

• A CA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
