About the Role
Evolution Capital Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Broker to join our team in Sydney. This full-time role is central to advising clients on accessing capital markets, developing tailored financing strategies, and supporting corporate transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting Australian companies with capital raising initiatives, including listings on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Key Duties
- Conduct research and analysis on financial markets, products, and regulatory trends.
- Advise and support capital raising and stock exchange listings, including preparation of documentation.
- Consult with clients to identify financial needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide strategic financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure optimisation.
- Develop and structure bespoke financing arrangements across debt and equity instruments.
- Negotiate with institutional investors and market participants to secure favourable terms.
- Prepare professional reports, proposals, and compliance documents.
- Maintain and grow strong client and investor relationships.

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 months experience in financial markets, corporate advisory, or brokerage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Proficiency with financial research and trading platforms such as Bloomberg and IRESS.
- Knowledge of international capital markets (experience with European/German markets advantageous).

Salary: AUD 75,000 – 85,000 per annum (excluding superannuation)
