Please READ the complete Job Description: ABOUT US We are a rapidly growing Short-Term Property Management Company based in Australia, managing holiday homes (short-term) and long-term rentals across the country. Our remote team in the Philippines plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest experiences and efficient property operations. We are currently hiring a Full-Time Finance Assistant to support our Finance and Operations team. This is a remote, long-term position, not a freelance role, and ideal for someone seeking stability and career growth. ROLE OVERVIEW You will assist our finance department with daily financial tasks, record-keeping, and administrative duties to ensure smooth and accurate operations. You will work directly with our Finance Manager and collaborate closely with other teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist with accounts payable and receivable - Perform day-to-day finance tasks in Xero - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation - General administrative duties to support the team - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years experience in Finance/Accounting support - Experience working with Xero (required) - Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems/software - Flexible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines TECHNICAL & WORKSTATION REQUIREMENTS - Reliable internet: Minimum 20-25 Mbps upload/download speed - Laptop/Desktop with at least 8GB RAM - Backup internet source and power bank - Quiet and private home office setup SCHEDULE & WORKING HOURS - Full-time (42.5 hours/week) | Monday to Friday - 8.5 hours work + 30 min unpaid break - Shift schedule to align with Australian business hours - Productivity tracked via Teramind (minimum 75% productivity required) WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive full-time salary with stability - Initial offer during training period (3–6 months): approx. PHP 38,000–41,000 per month - After training: approx.
