About the Role

This is a newly created role, providing a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on our financial efficiency. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier invoices and credit notes, prepare EFT runs, generate customer invoices, and accurately allocate payments. You will also monitor aged receivables, and reconcile supplier statements.

• Administrative & Systems Support: Assist with month-end reporting, data entry, and document management. You will also use Jobpac to maintain accurate financial records and troubleshoot system issues as needed.

• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement within our AR/AP workflows and documentation.

About You

We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in finance and a willingness to learn and grow within the business.

• You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounts-based role.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• You have high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

• Experience in the construction industry or with Jobpac is advantageous, but not essential.
