• Providing strategic insights and clear recommendations on critical sales and cost metrics to the Sales and Supply Chain teams.
• Owning the implementation of new SOPs and digital capabilities for the function, including developing and maintaining business performance dashboards and KPIs.
• Overseeing the development, implementation, and reporting of budgets with a focus on enhancing accuracy in revenue streams and cost projections.
• Ensuring appropriate internal control processes and approval workflows are in place for all discretionary spending, pricing changes, and rebates.
• Proactively resolving all audit points, establishing early warnings for potential cost overruns, and applying a challenging mindset to processes and financial results.
• Ensuring adherence to finance rules, local tax and statutory regulations, and internal transfer pricing policies.

• CA/CPA qualified with demonstrated experience in a similar financial analyst role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Extensive financial modelling experience that includes P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow projections.
• Experience in digitalisation and automation with digital tools such as Power BI, and the ability to build reporting and dashboards for senior management.
• Advanced PowerBI and Excel skills are essential, experience in SAP & NetSuite highly desirable.
