About the Role We are seeking a customer‑focused and proactive Field Support Representative to join our Sydney‑based team. In this role, you will work closely with our commercial team and veterinary clinics to: Install and support IDEXX diagnostic equipment Provide education and training to clinic teams Troubleshoot technical issues (hardware and software) Build strong, lasting customer relationships Promote IDEXX products and services to drive satisfaction and loyalty What You’ll Bring A qualification in Veterinary Nursing or another relevant Science discipline Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) – highly regarded 3+ years’ experience in a scientific field or within veterinary nursing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation, time management, and prioritisation abilities Proven ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues Confidence delivering training to varied audiences Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to research solutions Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams Knowledge of veterinary medicine, clinic workflow, or diagnostic processes Flexibility to travel up to 85% within the assigned territory, with occasional travel beyond it Why Apply for this internal opportunity?
