About CDK Stone and the Role

For over 40 years, CDK Stone have been providing total support to the stone industry. We are not only renowned for selling high quality natural stone and a premium range of tools and equipment, but we install and service cutting edge CNC machinery across Australia.

As a technician you will:

Execute the full installation process, including pre-site inspections, overseeing machine delivery, assembling machinery, and training end users.
Utilise strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills to identify issues and provide efficient solutions to machine breakdowns.
Represent the brand professionally by visiting customers across Sydney and engaging with stakeholders, from production managers to stonemasons.
Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery throughout the Greater Sydney area.
Complete detailed electronic service reports after each job, documenting the issue, actions taken, and required follow-up.
Adhere to safe work practices and OH&S procedures, particularly when working with heavy machinery.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be able to tick the list below;

Demonstrated experience as a Technician working with CNC and stone processing machinery.
Proficiency in troubleshooting CAD/CAM software used in stone manufacturing.
A Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
