Umiya Investments (Metro) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Retail & Service Managers to manage and oversee the daily operations of our busy fast food retail establishments located in NSW locations of Lakemba, Canterbury and Belmore.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kebab Shop Manager to lead the operations of our fast-paced food outlet. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and driving business growth.

An ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Management, Business, or in a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience. You must display problem solving skills, leadership qualities and a passion for providing superior customer service.
These full-time roles carries a salary range of $74,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation. Only short-listed candidates will be notified.

Key Tasks include:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with Australian food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and stock control
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
• Analyse and manage food and labour costs to meet financial targets
• Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance
