Salary: Starting from AUD $76,515 per year plus 12% superannuation (higher salary may be offered based on experience and qualifications)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the Role:
Delilah Pizza and Bar is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager / Fast Food Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the store team to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain excellent customer service and ensure compliance with company policies

Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control

Manage scheduling, training, and performance of staff

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Drive sales and profitability targets for the store

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in store management or fast food management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety standards

Ability to work flexible hours if required
