The Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail/Fast Food Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, staff management, and maintaining compliance with company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations of the outlet

Supervise, train, and roster staff to ensure efficient service delivery

Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory systems

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals

Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints professionally

Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare performance reports

Coordinate promotional activities to maximise sales and brand presence

Maintain quality standards and operational efficiency at all times

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in a retail, hospitality, or fast food management role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure in a busy fast-paced environment

Solid knowledge of food safety and WHS compliance

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required
