Farm Manager – Berry Farm (Full-Time)
We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager to oversee operations on our berry farm. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, excellent people-handling abilities, and a good working knowledge of irrigation systems (especially Priva systems).
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations.
Manage and motivate staff to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
Oversee irrigation, fertilisation, and crop management programs.
Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience managing a horticultural or berry farm preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Understanding of modern irrigation systems (Priva experience an advantage).
Hands-on, reliable, and proactive approach.
