Are you an experienced Farm/Property Manager looking for a new challenge in a beautiful location?

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual or couple to lead our farming operations in our stud farm in the Upper Hunter Valley. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact in our business.

Duties
Manage and supervise the Farm Crew
Lead and mentor a team of farm hands, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Ensure compliance with agriculture regulations and best practices
Ensure Occupational health and safety from all operations
Undertake all farm practices
Fencing
Paddock Care and Improvement in Irrigation
Water Troughs and Pipelines
Responsible for Repairs to the Farm
Manage Workshop
Maintain Vehicle Fleet including repair schedules and registrations
Cattle and Horse Handling (understanding and knowledge)

Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years experience
Proven expertise in agriculture and animal care
Strong business acumen with a deep
Knowledge/operation of a Farm Workshop
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ensure all works performed across all properties are conducted in a manner that is safe and without risk.
Current Drivers Licence, Heavy Licence, relevant licences and tickets

Package: Annual Salary, Motor Vehicle, Accommodation (With utilities included)
