• The Pivot: Insurance experience is preferred, but we’ll back the right person. If you have a Banking and Finance, strong customer service background and a genuine passion for Ag, we’ll pay for your RG146 and provide full training.

• Hitting the Road: Visiting farms to conduct on-site risk analysis and offer tailored solutions.

• Owning Your Patch: Growing and managing your own portfolio of rural clients.

• Community Presence: Hosting presentations to share expertise and build trust with local farmers.

• Driving Growth: Proactively converting leads into long-term, loyal partnerships.
