About the Role
PG & RM Hickey is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Farm Hand to join our team on a wheat and sheep farming enterprise in the WA Wheatbelt. This is a full-time role within a family-run farm, working as part of a team of 5–8.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Farm Hand will be responsible for a wide range of farming tasks, including but not limited to:
• Airseeder driving and fertiliser spreading
• Rock raking and paddock cleanup
• Pre- and post-seeding/harvest machine maintenance
• Chaser bin driving
• Sheep work and general livestock handling
• Other general farm labour as required
Accommodation is provided, along with an evening meal during seeding and harvest periods.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• At least 2 years of relevant farm work experience (preferred)
• A current and valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Ability to operate farm machinery and equipment safely
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team environment

Salary & Benefits
• Competitive salary of $75,000 – $90,000 per year, dependent on skills and experience
• Accommodation provided on-farm
• Meals provided during busy harvest and seeding periods
