We are seeking a motivated Facility Supervisor to oversee operations in our busy packing shed. The role requires strong leadership, organisation, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily packing shed operations and staff.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor production flow to achieve targets.
• Maintain equipment and support smooth facility operations.
• Train, support, and motivate team members.
Skills & Experience:
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a packing shed, warehouse, or production environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Commitment to workplace health & safety standards.
You will have a minimum of Cert III qualification and 2 years work experience in a similar role
