As a large, dynamic organization with diverse operations, we provide ongoing opportunities across multiple projects and locations." We have a range of opportunities in Facilities Management services across the national, rural and remote site portfolios or locations where clients do not have embedded staff, including managing service contracts, related budgets and tenant liaison to facilitate works. This comprises various types of properties across multiple JLL Client Accounts. This IFM On Demand role supports the Client Account teams in meeting their obligations under the Management Agreement. Your responsibilities will include special projects, Client Account Team relief, inspections, mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems maintenance, cleaning & waste management, energy management, occupational health & safety management, supplier management, Emergency Response, capital works projects and financial management & reporting against agreed budgets. This is what we’re looking for: • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills • Experience working across remote sites (preferred) • Strong communication abilities • Excellent presentation skills • Passion for quality • Degree in Facilities Management, Building, or related field • Several years of experience in facilities management • Technical understanding of commercial facilities management • Knowledge of OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) • Experience in vendor management • Basic understanding of technical property aspects • Ability to manage external providers • Skills in liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels • Proficiency in Excel and Word • Experience with FM (Facilities Management) software platforms (preferred) What can you expect from us?
