We’re looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist who can create and manage campaigns that deliver measurable results — not just clicks, but real sales. What We’re Looking For 📌1–2+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads. 📌Proven track record with a strong portfolio of past campaigns. 📌Ability to provide specific examples of successful campaigns (including ROAS, CTR, conversions, and budgets). 📌Strong reporting skills — you can build dashboards and clearly explain the story behind the numbers. 📌Organized and proactive — you bring ideas and solutions, not just tasks. 📌Excellent communication skills — able to provide consistent weekly updates without reminders. 📌Interested in a long-term opportunity with growth potential (we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us).
