KP Fabrication & Welding specializes in aluminum work, accounting for 95% of our operations. We offer a diverse range of projects, all custom-made to meet our clients’ specifications.

We are seeking proficient and skilled Fabricators / Welders to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Use machines and hand tools for bending and shaping materials.
* Interpret and follow drawings and blueprints to determine job requirements.
* Join metal sections using various welding techniques, bolting, and riveting.
* Finish products by cleaning, polishing, filing, chiseling, and grinding to achieve smooth, clean welds.
* Operate and maintain tools and equipment within their operating limitations.
* Always wear prescribed PPE.
* Participate in training and meetings as required.
* Report any damage, incidents, or unsafe equipment to the area manager.

What We Expect from You:

* A relevant trade certificate in heavy or light fabrication is highly desirable.
* Direct trade experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
* Proficiency in welding techniques, including Aluminum, MIG, and TIG.
* Proven ability to independently measure, fabricate, and weld aluminum fuel tanks to precise specifications using only a sample, without requiring technical drawings.
* Ability to fabricate and finish materials to a high standard of workmanship.
* Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
