What you'll do
Reporting into the Product Manager, the Product Lead partners with various key stakeholders across Group Risk, Security and Resilience to lead the delivery of
technology products and provide input to the Product roadmap development that achieves business goals.
Key responsibilities
Technology Product leadership across Group Risk, physical security and resilience.
Thought leadership across GRC, Risk analytics and Physical security technology platforms.
Prioritisation of Product backlog, where the prioritisation meets overarching business goals and roadmap.
Learn and lead about Agile and DevOps within the WOW environment and assist in growing this capability, both within the team and across the wider organisation.
Effectively communicate technical themes to non technical audiences.
Oversee the transition of Project build to BAU including the provision of clarity to business users on roles and business process.
Work with external vendors to drive service management and functional improvements.
Engagement and communication with various levels of stakeholders.
Technical leadership and decision making accountability in the relevant area.
Ensure fit-for-purpose system testing and user acceptance testing regimes are embedded within platform teams to ensure product quality.
To ensure an ongoing and thorough understanding of the business processes relevant or the application area.
Undertake capacity planning ahead of any increased demand growth and ensure it is in place so application meets its SLA.
What you’ll bring
Strong understanding of Integrated Enterprise Risk management framework and associated technology capabilities.
Experience with or understanding of surveillance and security technology landscape in physical security context.
Experience or exposure to GCP technology landscape in Data and analytics context.
Skills that enable a clear direction and vision for the application area that can be understood by various levels of stakeholders.
Previous experience in technology platform or business process ownership in technology context.
Experience in maturing a functional capability.
Brings an agile mindset.
Understanding of business and technology strategy development
Understanding of IT trends
Exposure to Data Centric architecture will be a plus
Experience in Business Process & IT Systems
