We’re seeking a proactive and experienced web developer to take ownership of our website. We need someone who’s thorough – able to spot issues and suggest improvements beyond the obvious tasks. Key Responsibilities: Enhance UX/UI and performance Speed optimization and technical/on-page SEO Integrate CRM, email marketing, and automation tools (MailChimp, Hubspot/Airtable, Notion, Google Analytics) Ensure GDPR compliance and boost site security (SSL, secure cPanel management) Develop with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery Deliver responsive web design for mobile, tablet, and desktop Manage front-end and back-end development (APIs, admin panels, CMS integrations) Safely migrate data across domains, platforms, and cPanel—ensure backups Troubleshoot, identify, and fix bugs and errors Implement and customize key plugins (Advanced Custom Fields, Divi Builder/Dynamic Content) Manage hosting and cPanel (Namecheap) Provide ongoing site maintenance and proactive updates Skills Required: WordPress development (Divi Builder expertise required) HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / jQuery Responsive web design and UI/UX principles cPanel hosting setup and management API integration and CMS customization Speed and Core Web Vitals optimization Website security and GDPR compliance Data migration and backup best practices Bug fixing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support Experience with SEO optimization (Yoast, etc.) Custom page/template design using Divi Deliverables: A fully responsive, SEO-optimized website (Yoast integration) Custom-designed pages/templates (Divi) Bug fixing and issue resolution Seamless integration with marketing and business tools Secure data migration and backup Ongoing site maintenance and proactive improvements About You: You’re detail-oriented and dedicated – someone who not only completes assigned tasks but also actively looks for ways to make the site better.
