About
We need a top‑tier HubSpot engineer to design, build, and refine HubSpot solutions, from portal audits and workflow automation to custom reporting, working closely with our team throughout. Marketing Feature Implementation: - Define and operationalise the full lead‑lifecycle (Subscriber - Lead - MQL - SQL - Opportunity) with clear lifecycle‑stage properties and transitions. - Build scalable workflows, nurture sequences, and dynamic lead‑scoring rules that automatically promote contacts from MQL to SQL. - Tag campaigns and assets for precise attribution and segmentation. - Integrate Ads, social, and custom events for full‑funnel tracking. - Set up A/B testing & smart content to optimise conversion rates. Advanced Reporting & Attribution: - Design custom dashboards (multi‑touch, cohort, lifecycle, revenue). - Utilise Custom Report Builder, Revenue Attribution, and Ops Hub data syncs. - Translate data into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders. Audit & Optimise Portals: - Review objects, workflows, lists, naming conventions, and integrations. - Configure custom properties/fields, pipelines, and custom objects to match business requirements. - Remove tech‑debt and implement best‑practice governance. Automation & QA: - Implement workflow QA checks, data‑hygiene automations, and error alerts. - Document processes so client teams can self‑serve safely. Knowledge Transfer: - Record Loom walkthroughs and write concise SOPs for everything you build. - Advise on ongoing optimisation roadmaps for each client. Ideal candidate: - Many years of hands-on experience with HubSpot administration and configuration (primarily Marketing & Reporting). - Proven track record of creating complex workflows and multi-touch attribution reports. - Deep knowledge of lead management, segmentation, and CRM setup, including custom properties/fields, object design, and integrations (e.g. Zapier, Aircall). - Data-driven mindset, able to turn business questions into dashboards that guide decisions. - Up-to-date on 2025 HubSpot releases (AI Content Assistant, enhanced Sandboxes, beta features, etc.). - Excellent communicator
