We are an established business with existing supplier relationships in China. We are NOT looking for a sourcing agent to find products. We are looking for a dedicated, "boots-on-the-ground" Production Manager to act as our eyes and ears, ensuring our current factories deliver on time and to spec. This is a fixed-rate / retainer role (Salary based). We do NOT pay commissions on order value. Your Core Responsibilities: Production Monitoring: maintain daily contact with factories to "chase" updates, confirm lead times, and verify production steps (WIP checks). Quality Control: Arrange QC inspections, review samples personally, and send detailed photos/videos of the production line to us. Crisis Management: Negotiate solutions for delays, fix production errors, and hold factories accountable. Logistics: Consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers and handle freight booking/coordination. Requirements: Location: Must be based in China (Please specify your City/Province). Experience: Background in Manufacturing Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or Quality Engineering. Language: Native Mandarin and Fluent English (Written & Spoken). Integrity: You must act 100% on our behalf. We require a strict conflict-of-interest agreement (no kickbacks from factories).
