What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of properties to a high standard.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Conducting property inspections and coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Overseeing tenant ingoings and outgoings.
• Managing rental arrears and maintaining accurate records.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and regulations.
• Oversee insurance and tribunal claims

About You:

We’re looking for a dedicated professional who is:

• Property management experience (minimum 2-3 years).
• Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Some commercial property management experience would be ideal

What You’ll Need:

• Must hold a real estate license (Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence as a minimum).
• Sound knowledge of property management best practices and relevant regulations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
