Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager (or Senior Property Officer) to oversee a residential property portfolio. This role involves leasing, tenant relations, inspections, maintenance coordination and compliance. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement.

Duties
• Manage all aspects of residential property portfolios
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, communications and issue resolution
• Oversee inspections, repairs and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with NT legislation
• Prepare reports and budgets
• Mentor and support team members

Essential Criteria
• Experience in residential property management
• Knowledge of NT property legislation
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently and within a team

Desirable
• Leadership or mentoring background
• Experience with property management software
• Exposure to buyer’s agent or sales functions
