Precision Labour Hire is seeking experienced Production Machine Operators with experience in the metal industry for a well-established light construction materials manufacturer in Beenleigh.

Requirements – Mandatory:

• Proven experience as a production machine operator in the metal industry
• Happy to perform a mixed role including a mix of machine operating and off siding as required.
• Experience in construction materials, building products, or similar manufacturing highly regarded
• Mechanically minded with strong safety focus
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and work instructions
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Full Australian working rights

Shifts:

• AM Shift : Mon–Thu 6:30 AM–2:30 PM | Fri 6:30 AM–12:30 PM
• PM Shift: Mon–Thu 2:15 PM–10:45 PM | Fri 11:45 AM–5:45 PM
• The PM shift will start on the AM shift for training before moving to the PM shift.

About the Role:
This hands-on manufacturing role involves operating production machinery, following production plans and drawings, monitoring output, maintaining quality, and working safely as part of a team.
