Description: We are looking for an experienced n8n expert to help us design, build, and maintain automated workflows for our business processes. Our current environment involves multiple systems that need to be connected and orchestrated for efficiency. We’re seeking someone who can not only implement new workflows but also provide ongoing support and optimisation. Responsibilities: Design and build new workflows in n8n to automate business processes. Integrate multiple systems (APIs, webhooks, Salesforce, databases, etc.). Ensure workflows are reliable, secure, and scalable. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automations. Provide ongoing maintenance and improvements as needs evolve. Requirements: Proven experience with n8n (please share examples of workflows you’ve built). Strong understanding of APIs, authentication methods, and data flows. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Airtable, Google Workspace, and other SaaS platforms is a plus. Ability to document workflows for knowledge sharing. Available for ongoing work and responsive to support needs. Nice to Have: Background in workflow design and process automation beyond n8n (Zapier, Make, custom integrations).
